Well, when I was a child and thought there was a monster under my bed, I would take a leap from the middle of the room onto my bed as high and fast as I could. I don't know why but under bed monsters aren't allowed out from the under the bed.
So once in bed and safely tucked away I was invincible.
A lot of children have the idea there are monsters under the bed. I don't know why we have this idea as children, because in reality there never were any monsters under the bed, they were in my mind.
So, if my way doesn't appeal then I suggest asking a parent to go with you to your bed and look under the bed with you every night. And then keep a night light on in your room. A little light helps us be less fearful in the night.

The monster you think you see is only your ego.
The confused idea of self. It can't really hurt you because it is only an idea that you made up about yourself.
Recognise that as a creation of God you are also a part of God. Like the leaf on a tree is a leaf but it is also the tree.
This is the truth of you. What is it that God needs to fear.
Tell the idea you made up that lives under the bed who you really are.
Watch how fast it disapears.

Well I hope ur only joking around, But if not, please b rest assured there is no monster there, If need be, go and speak to someone and get them to look for you, If really severe thoughts of monsters come to u , u might have to go and speak to a speciallist.
If you are joking around, depending on what she looks like, I think I might go and lay under my bed with her :)

Tell the Monster he or she has no place under my bed or my life and you go where Jesus Christ sends you now be gone Satan in the name of Jesus Christ. Now pray for God to put angels around you and your bed to protect you from evil spirits, God will hear you and he will protect you. but don't wait pray now. Remember this greater is he that is in me then he that is in the world, He is God.

Seeker, turn the light on, look at the monster and sing him a lullaby so he may go to sleep peacefully.
If you can´t sing, put on a CD - don´t frighten him further!
