Sanity is measured by public perception what is sane today maybe insane tomorrow.
People believed that Hitler was sane but history tells a different story.
today I feel 70 % sane next week maybe I'll try 100% for a laugh.

No I don't, but wouldn't I have to be 100% sane as well, in order to make the call? They say that if you were 100% sane, you would go insane because you wouldn't be able to push the horrible things in life to the back of your mind: dying for example.
So you would end up nuts anyway.

No one is 100% sane, as in no one is 100% normal either. What is sane and what is normal?

Everyone of us has some kind of quirks about us. We all have gliches in our personalities and so on. In order to be 100% sane you would have to be perfect. But no one is perfect in a imperfect world. The only one that is perfect, is God. No living person, past, present or future is perfect.

As for your second question. I think we are all capable of having moments in our lives that would be classified as insane behavior patterns. We all share a mix of feelings and experiences in our lives. Both good ones and bad ones. It's how as each individual deals and or handles their experiences in life is the key to how we live.

Sanity is not a percentage. Sanity is a legal term, based on a person's ability to make legally binding decisions for themselves. A person can only be sane or insane.

Sanity as my one Navy friend always told me is the average total measure of insanity in the universe. So that means everyone is insane according to some else.

Everybody views the world in a different way; everyone has a unique construction of reality. Sanity and insanity are merely value judgements.

The human mind is a complex thing. No-one is capable of being 100% sane. For example, if something happens in your life that's so traumatic I bet it could drive you crazy. (actually I already am!).
