Darn it. It's 2 am and I bumped into your question. Now I'm going to put on my shoes and drive to the 24 hour grocery to buy the fixings for a banana split. You know how you can get a craving for something in the middle of the night? Thanks. On my way to the store now---

Banana split all the way! It has a little bit of everything, including fruit! Rocky Road has a lot of different ingredients as well, but they're all bad for you. It ends up tasting too sweet.

rocky road is just a flavor. a bananna split is more the a sunday and a true desert. iscream goes in a cone a desert is something special.
