I am considering buying stainless steel cookware and am doing research but cannot find any info as to whether or not you can use cooking spray such as Pam on stainless steel and whether it affects cooking results in a positive or negative way. Sure it's best to use butter or oil for flavor but I want to use less fats and I do not want to purchase non-stick cookware. Thank you.

I set up a page on myspace to find and look for people I know from New Orledans, never meant to use it as a essential tool for dating, anyway I sent a friend request to this guy on myspace and we actually met up and went on a date. yeah, so Guillen leaves a few people off the all-star team who actually deserve to be there, such as Jason Giambi, Curt Schilling, Josh Becket, Carl Crawford, and takes some of his own guys from the sox as back-ups instead of players that really deserve to be there. That coupled with sending his pitcher down to A-league minor league baseball for NOT hitting a guy on the other team (he threw behind him). On top of that, he was talking **** about Joe Torre. Go win three more World Series, then talk **** about people that have maintained success. So, who thinks that Guillen is in the right frame of mind, and who thinks that he is a crazy piece of whacko who needs to be committed or shot?

My boyfriend and I moved in together about a year ago. we used to go out and do everything from driving to the beach to walking to get ice cream at the corner store. but now, i caint get him to do anything. hes glued to the couch! if it doesnt involve beer and x-box hes not interested and doesnt really care that i am bored and need to get out of our house.

this man has every illness, sooooooo much drama in his life, loves attention good/bad.
he`s always calling me tellin me about this or that going on his pathetic lil existance i call life.he is a pathological liar, lies to just be lying bout anything n everything you could possibly think of. They were a quartet. Their album included a cover of "Tobacco Road", in addition to a great, slow version of "Jumpin' Jack Flash."
I had the LP but can't find anything on the band other than they had some sort of affiliation with Steppenwolf's management. Can't remember any names of the band members but would love to know if any of them went on to greater fame. Anybody know? Thanks!

Yes, I'm a booger eater, I have not out grown this habit. As I child I would constantly pick and eat my boogers. Now that i'm older I'm still thrilled to feel large hardened snot crust in my nose. Its something I do enjoy, and I do everyday in private. I do notice a variety of differient flavors from day to day. Am I the only who enjoys eating boogers?

Ok so how excatly is it important to warm up? Cuz i sometimes doesn and I know that is bad. Wat will happen if I don't. And how should I warm up and for how long?
