Lets say you ahd a really good friend who ws almost like family lets say you found out tha persne was on some drugs because the were very stressed and deppressed and now they have confesssed it to you and they want help and feel horrible. What would everyone tell there friend to make them feel better and let the know that you are there for them??

I have seemed to have lost all sound on my PC. The speakers are connected as they shoud be. I went into device manager and uninstalled the only thing i could uninstall under Sound, video and game controllers. It was called Windig..' something! (stupidly, i can't even remember the name!!) When i restarted my computer, it didn't say 'Found new hardware' as i had hoped, and plus now the little volume icon has gone from the taskbar too... :((
please help, any suggestions?

I think that School is good because sometimes people go to bad schools so I am happy I go to a good one.But, I think that homework is pointless because people could just put in any random answer and then check it off while you are going through it with your teacher. Can I wash a cloth which said dry clean only?The fabric has 97 % polyester and 3 % elastine.Label said dry clean only , no machine wash and iron in low setting. Can I wash it by hand and hang to dry?Please help!Thank you

This is a car I was able to get for my son, it runs fantastic when it is running, but since Feb 06 in 3 seperate incidents, the car will just stop running, it dies, we can be driving along and will just stop. It will start right back up but the minute it you give it any gas, it dies. The last time this happened, the car started running (allowed us to give it gas) again almost immediately. This time, we had to wait a few days but sure enough it has started running again. The very first time this happened the code they received from the ck engine lite was 1-2-1, service guy replaced fuel filter says was really clogged and checked other fuel lines or so he says, appeared okay. I can't afford much more of this, single mom. HELP. some of the guesses, I've been given: moisure in distributor cap; filter in the gas tank?; that maybe there is debis in gas tank clogging my fuel filter?; crack in distributor cap; pinched fuel line...I just don't know. Please HELP!

He hates waiting on someone to serve him and is afraid they are spitting in his food, and doesn't like sitting in a restaraunt. We have 3 kids and they stress him out to while eating out. I try to get a babysitter as often as possible but still he hates it. I love to eat out because I can relax and not cook or have to clean up. Plus I don't like to eat stuff I cook for some reason, so I get a better meal if we eat out. Also it seems like we get quality family time eating out. We can't always get everyone at the table at the same time. Any ideas?

getting pregant again. We can not afford any more children. Now I steel do want sex. I work full time and am so busy that is the last thing on my mind and it is the first thing on my husbands. Now he wants me to save up my vacation for 6 weeks and go get my tubes tied, because he went through the pain, and I still don't want sex. I feel that this is wrong that he wants me to go this.... It is obvious most of the stories in the Bible are either metaphors or parables and not actual fact. But the point of the Bible, in my opinion, is to show people how to live life to the fullest and make life easier for others. I dont think it really matters whether you believe the stories or do what God tells you to do. It's all up to you whether you want a happy life or not, and has nothing to do with the afterlife(heaven or hell). I think whoever wrote about heaven or hell misunderstood the point of what Jesus was teaching. What do you think?

A friend told me that her son was in a traffic accident recently.In fact, she had just come from taking him to therapy.She said that he was pronounced dead at the scene and left by the paramedics because they did not find a pulse .He had also lost a lot of blood from a big gash.He went through the windshield!.The idea was to call the morticians.However a friend shook her son and he began to breathe.Now he is walking around (with stitches).. Is this just a coincidence/mistake or are the dead still raised to life. She has suggested to him to read his Bible and seek the plan of God for his life. The mother calls it a miracle.The son has not been receptive to her suggestion.What do you think?
