It's been three days since I got my wisdom teeth out. My face is swollen pretty bad. I've been following all the inscructions, but it doesn't seem to be going down. How long does it usually take for it to go down?

Did you have an operation to get your wisdom teeth out? Your face will be swollen and in certain case bruise will be seen around your neck. It will take 5 days or so to subside. If you are worried about it, see the dentist again. Stay happy!

You should notice a change anytime. try washing your mouth out with warm salt water or get some type of peroxide mouth wash. If you don,t see a change in a day or two call your dentist.
