She is suffering from depression, acute gas formation in stomach and have become obess since getting treatment for depression. She do not like to take medicines as they increase her gas problem causing pain in stomach.

Biting during intercouse is not uncommon, but your wife needs to find a medication she can take without side effects. Depression is not to be taken lightly. Look at Andrea Yates.

I would suggest that your wife tell her doctor ALL of her concerns. Many times, the doctor doesn't here the total story of how the patient's life is being effected. And if she feels her doctor isn't listening or responding appropriately, see another doctor. She needs to find a med that she can be happy with. And try not to push her too much to do something she doesn't want to do. Let her know how you feel about the situation, and make sure she knows that you are not blaming her.
