basic recipe conversion technique;
*convert everything to ounces
place new yield (640) on top
old yield ( 6400 ) below it
wind up with a conversion factor .1 and multiply the rest of your recipe by it-
just watch out for spices ,many times they don't convert exactly

Divide by ten... but for flavour wise i would use like 2c of lemon , 1c parsley, 1c almond 1c lemon pepper or less, and 2 onions....
