Can I wash a cloth which said dry clean only?The fabric has 97 % polyester and 3 % elastine.Label said dry clean only , no machine wash and iron in low setting. Can I wash it by hand and hang to dry?Please help!Thank you

Dry Clean it. If the label says dry clean, then you need to have it dry cleaned. I had a dress that said dry clean, I washed it on the gentle cycle and let it air dry and it shrunk, not an even shrink but in weird spots.

They do make dry clean solutions for your dryer. I've never used them, maybe someone here has, and can tell you how they are.

This is what I do for everything that says dry clean only. Now, don't try it with your 'favorite' anything because that will be the one thing that doesn't work:
Put the item in a pillow case and tie it shut. Wash in cold water with BABY SHAMPOO, just a touch. Then hang dry if its light, lay flat to dry if it has any weight.

Most fabrics that say dry clean can be washed and hung up to dry. But you are always taking a small chance. It would depend (for me) on how much I had spent on the material.

most dry cleaners will most likelly wash it anyway wash by hand and DO NOT HANG you must lay it down DO NOT WRING IT OUT pat dry.

Use Woolite on the gentle cycle.No dryer.If garment is any type of crepe,don't wash it.Good Luck.

Yes you could. Just don't put it in the dryer.
