hi i got into a messy situation, and i have a bunch of bruises and scratches on my face, i need to know how to heal them quick, im putting a lot of vitamin e on my face, is there any other recommendations

Drink papaya juice or eat the fruit it will help the discoloration of your bruising-a doctor i used to work for always told this to his patients after cataract surgery they would have bruising around the eyes i don't know if it truly works but this is what he told his patients. good luck

Bruises take about 7 days to heal depending on how deep they are. Get some good make up and don't let him beat you up any more.

ice helps get rid of swealing if there is any...which if you have buises and cuts there should be...stop putting vitamin e on it that makes your face soft doesnt do anything for cuts or bruises...wash your face to get rid of some scabs but dont pick at it...neosporin is supposed to help you heal from cuts quicker you can try that

Arnica is a salve that will help the bruises disappear but it works best when applied right after the impact.

bruises heal the fastest in a hot bath so for your face I would say hot face cloth.

Use 'minyak gamat' or sea cucumber oil. It's very effective. You can get easily get it in Malaysia.
