I need to replace the bike seat and "post" that connects the seat to the bike. It is a Giant brand bike and it would be expensive to replace it with a name-brand item, i'd rather shop on ebay. Are the items universal as long as I get "an adult" size piece? Or does it have to be exact? If so, how can I figure out what size post I need?

Alright, in January '07 I will be going to college, and I will live alone for the first time.
Vancouver, BC is the place, and I had a few questions in mind.
What's the easiest and cheapest way to eat, what can I get to cook, or should I get some instant microwave food.
All that kinds of tips will be appreciated, where to work, where to live how to save money, what should I avoid to spend my money in, etc etc.

I am so sick of our President. Does anyone ever recall a more ignorant, yet arrogant man? Ever? I love America. I support the troops but I think the war is SO wrong. We have sunken to the level of the terrorists. We are holding people indefinately with no charges, no trial, no rights. I thought WE were supposed to be the civilized ones? I want friends who are fans of bands such as Taproot, Silverstein, Heavy Heavy Low Low, Round Three Fight, Cradle of Filth, Killswiych Engage, Disturbed, Plain White T's, SOTY, Halifax, Bullet For My Valentine, Depswa, 30 Seconds To Mars, Incubus, The Streets, etc....

Yeah Im kinda varied.

Its hard to find people who listen to those kind of bands.
Considering people nowdays are so wrapped up in the whole pro/anti mainstream thing.

Ive tried forums and such but people are jsut there to argue about the music.

Myspace people are kind of unreliable when it comes to talking to them about music, Usually they think all you want is another add or thats all they want.

i've been married for seven yrs, but often time even though he's right there ifeel lonely...it seems that we are total oppisites and though we've tried,(mostly me) to find common ground, save for work we cant...he gets upset when i go out, but it's okay for him to do it...he has to check in where ever i go..im tired of this and need something more...but i dont know what...i know i can go it on my own, but i know he'll try to come get me if i do...what do i do? i feel alone yet stuck and unhappy.....
