I take Ibuprofen. Buy it at Walmart COSTCO or Walgreens etc. under Ibuprofen. It is way cheaper than Advil or Motrin which is the same thing. It is much safer to take regularly than like a Tylenol or Asprin which can cause ulcers etc.

I use Ibuprofen in moderation I usually find if I have a headache a short nap will knock it out or I'm just down right hungry and for my back I have a shower head with a powerful massage selection that works wonders along with a heating pad.

Last year, I was introduced to an AMAZING all natural wellness system by a very close friend of mine. I am 43 years old, and I have been taking blood pressure meds for 6 years. Since I have been using the product, I am becoming healthier every day! I no longer need to take blood pressure medication, and my 18 year stretch of chronic low back and hip pain is completely gone thanks to this amazing product.

I always use Tylenol for headaches and Icy Hot for back pain. The combo works wonders.

CHIROPRACTOR. It would behoove you to check it out. Your headaches and backpain are probably part of your spinal misalignment. Treat the cause, not the symptom! I cannot stress enough how much it has done for me. I suffered from migraines (passing out, throwing up, blacking out, etc) and severe backpain - the chiropractic adjustments straighted out my neck (saw the x-rays) and my back - you WOULDN'T believe it unless you've gone. Or, you could rot your liver with pills and become co-dependent for the rest of your life because you're not attacking the root cause.

No drug is completely safe. But if you have normal liver and kidney function, either tylenol or ibuprofen is good. the other important thing is to find the source of the pain and eliminate that rather than taking medications.

you should ask your doctor to be sure....
I know that pregnant women can take advil or tylenol when they have headaches. That means that they're probably two of the safest ones.

Ibuprofen. You can take up to 800 milligrams every 4 hours. Taking it with caffeine helps it work better. But dont take that dose for an extended period of time. And dont take it at all if your doctor has told you not to.

Try Tylenol 8hr or exedrin for your headaches, they also have a roll on med. called HEAD ON it works GREAT and has no harsh ingredients! As for my back-ache try DOANS back-ache relief! The tylenol is also for back-aches,but my DR. suggested DOANS because it has a pain killer and a mild muscle relaxer, and its sold over-the-counter! GOOD LUCK!
