What do your Parents think? I am a Father of a 15 year old Boy and it would probably be OK with me, but I am not sure how I would feel if I had a girl at 13 asking me that. I know, double standards and all that, I am just telling you honestly how I might feel. Since I am not your Father, I think it would be OK, as long as he is a nice boy and was clean cut and all that.

13 is fine, but I wouldn't kiss mouth to armpit. They're just starting to get hair there and it's pretty gross. I'd stick to mouth to mouth, mouth to cheek and maybe some extra long hand holding.
Just stay away from their armpits AT LEAST until high school.

NO!!! I think at 13 you should settle your *** down and keep your little mind on school and such. Dont EVER get involved with anyone until you both have a place to go home to with a MAN, not these little BOYS that want to kiss you. Respect yourself, young lady, and MEN, not BOYS, will respect you, too. Good luck, just behave yourself and dont be silly :)

Sweetheart, you are JUST 13. Physical intimacy is for when you are emotionally ready to be intimate. You have a LONG way to go....I'm 23 and sometimes I think I need a few lessons. Also, 13 year old girls who start physical relationships so early sometimes earn a BAD reputation for themselves...don't be one of those girls.

I think when there is two mutual people, and you are very innocent not looking to go any further than that, then its ok. don't kiss someone becuase they want to, do it because you want to. 13 isn't too young to innocent kiss, but its too young for any serious relationship. 13 is about discover and learning yourself and having fun

13 is young, but not too young. Dont give away your first kiss unless you really love the guy, and feel you are ready for it.

i think that you shouldn't be going by age for the question "when should i kiss". i think you should be going by when your heart feels you're ready. for you that might be different then someone else, and that's okay. take your time, sweetie. life isn't all about kissing boys! :)
