They don't. Just remember if you have a balance with a hospital make sure you make a payment plan otherwise they will send you to collections after the 3rd intent of payment. I know this for a fact I work in a hospital. Hope that helps.

Hospitals should charge nothing on interest

Always make $5.oo monthly payments, they don't charge interest. Pay your credit cards first.
