I have a freind that is so nice but he likes this other girl and she is my best freind she knows he likes her but she doesnt care for him but i do should i tell him i love or something else?

Well, as far as your best friend is concerned, it sounds like it wouldn't be a problem, if she doesn't want him. However, you probably shouldn't be the one to tell him that. That's something he needs to find out from her (if he doesn't already know).
Another thing: how old are you? Are you ready for a permanent relationship yet? If not, it might be better to keep things totally platonic, because if you aren't ready, then probably you will break up someday. And why set foot on a path towards a permanent relationship when you know you're probably going to turn back someday?

Well first make sure that your friend doesnt mind, if she doesnt then tell him that you like him. Just dont tell him that you love him because that will scare him away.

nah...better not to speak bout it this time...not an adviceable time to spill what youreally fils....just give him a big support...maybe in time you will find that best time to admit what you really fils bout him!
