We don't really know what we want to do. We would like to take our dogs, 20 and 40 lbs. We definatly don't want to travel to the western US, we are in Cincinnati and are looking to drive about 12 hours or less.

okay i grew up in a warm state and moved to a COLD state. I hate it. So I want to move.

Well first I thought Florida but then I found out they have the worst schools in the nation. Then someone said pretty much all schools in the southern states suck and if you move down there to put your kid in a private shcool.

Okay so then I thought screw it California is expensive but ill move north cal. Oh, then someone on City-data says California schools have always been "troubled" even the private ones!

So I feel stuck in this state up north where its winter 9mos out of the year!! Any suggestions???

I'm planning on moving from Denver to Philadelphia next year, but I have to stop off at Houston first. So is there a way to like transfer things and make the price deal considered one trip, or will I have to buy each thing seperately. Well what I mean is when I say stop off at houston is I need to stay there for a week or two to get things ready. ( my mom is planning on going with me, and she lives in Houston, & I live in Denver). I was in New York City yesterday and it was Sunday - Mother's day. I received a parking ticket which two signs said No Standing except SUNDAY and No Parking Anytime, but I was in the car at all time and my car engine was still running. I only stopped a minute or two after i dropped off and picked up a friend. The traffic officer didn't even give me warning and she just asked me the driver license to file a ticket.
After the traffic officer left the scene, a witness told me he saw that officer didn't give a ticket to vehicle driver which was stopped behind me because the witness said that vehicle driver and Traffic officer are Africa- American. And I am asian. That witness told Another traffic officer regarding this issue and I had the name and batch ID# of that traffic officer.
Can I fight for the ticket as racial discrimination or the signs? What should I do? I really need to know what the two signs really mean(No standing 8am-7pm except sunday, No parking Anytime)
