There are more romantic restaurants to eat at in Vegas than you could go to in a year. Every major hotel will have at least one. The Paris Hotel has 'Mon Ami Gabi' a cafe-esque restaurant with outdoor seating. Also there is a resuarant in the Eiffel Tower, overlooking the Bellagio fountains!! One of my fav places is the top of the Stratosphere...its revolving, and has excellent service. As far as ramantic places...in the Venetian Hotel there are gondola rides, along a man-made canal..and the 'drivers' sing opera to you!
The sign is at the beginning of the strip, withen 15 minutes walking distance from the NYNY. It is in the middle of a major road though, so taking a pic with it could pose a challenge, it its even legal.

The Bellagio water show is very romantic- and free.
You could also go up the eiffel tower at Paris and get a great view & also see the Bellagio water show from there- I think it's about $20.
I think that the Venetian is probably the most romantic hotel- the atmosphere is nice and the surroundings make it have a really romantic vibe.

There are tons of restaurants but if you like Morrocan, try Marrekech.
The sign is about 5-10 minutes driving....walking would take longer than that. Distances are longer than they appear, remember that.
