Under Philippine law non Filipinos can not own land, only structures. You can lease the land from a Filipino. However you can own a Condo or Townhouse. In the case of Condos, my question is a simple one; what are the usual monthly fees that are part of owning a Condo. I only wish that here in the US we had similar restrictions

I'm flying to Orlando from D.C. in March 2008. Will I need a passport then? I have heard people say 'yes' and other's that say 'no.' The government websites are so hard to navigate and find answers on. I called the airport and they said 'no,' but 'can't comment about future changes.' Whatever that means.
Can someone help me out here? If I need one for March, I will have to apply now, since it takes so long apparently to get one.
Thank you.

I myself, do not know because i have never there before. But most people that have been there, have all told me that France is overrated, and have called their people 'boring'.

For all those people who have been to France and other countries, what do you think ?

Describe a place in the world that you would like to travel to.

You should say:

where you would like to go

how you would go there

who you would go with

(when you would like to go there. *)

and explain why you would like to go to this place.

(or, and explain what you would like to do there.)
