I need a rental car in the Phoenix area but I'm under 25. Any ideas how to avoid the under 25 fee?

I need a rental car in Phoenix from 11/19/2007 to 11/26/2007 but i'm 23 and most rental companies charge a $25 fee per day if your under 25. Does anyone know any companies that don't charge that fee or how to get around it?

You probably won't find a company that does not charge a surcharge, however try Advantage Rent a Car. They are supposed to have the lowest under age surcharge.

??? you have show them license...and do you have proof of insurance? sometime if you use your own insurance they waive age thing...
