I'm planning to visit my relatives living in Japan. I know that as a US citizen, I don't need a visa to enter Japan if the length of visit is within 90 days. But do I still need to get some kind of "permission" from the Japanese embassy? Do I just buy 2 way plane ticket, and upon arriving at the port of entry, just show my (US) passport?? What other requirements do I have to fulfill (if any)?

Anyone ever during a flight experiencing a sudden drop in altitude?
What was that?
Was told it was vacuum in atmosphere that the plane passed through?
Is that true?
Is there any instrument that can detect that or avoid that vacuum space during flight?
Dropping 10-20 meters during flight is NOT a pleasant experience..... :(

We're planning a driving holiday to Perth in March next week and we plan to take the Perth-Margaret River-Pemberton-Denmark-Albany-Perth route. I see a nice scenic, secluded spot with nature as a backdrop as the place where I want to propse. Can anyone help me with this? Even if it's not as what I mentioned.

Here are things to consider;
- Need a kid friendly neighborhood - lots of playmates- boys 10 & 8
- The best public school system is a must
- Stay at home mom --- active community that organizes fun events.
- Looking for all the amenities - swimming, sports etc...
- commute is not an issue - will work from home office
- Want schools, youth sports and shopping all contained within the master community.
- Would like to spend around $400K but flexible either way.

I know very little about these burbs, so your input will help narrow my scope. Thanks for your help!

We're a family, ages 24-56. We're NOT looking to go clubbing. Mom's with us, and we just want to be able to walk around, possibly see some entertainment, have some food and fun. Or, should we go to another Disney theme park?

Many people including tourists have come to India these days and some materials(esp.buildings) or rituals are reprodused or staged for performance. For example, a puja in Varanasi is really decorated.
what do you think about it?
