Yes. You will, if you are at a higher altitude.

Airplanes are pressurized to give you same breathing environment that you have at home. At higher altitude the difference in air pressure inside the airplane(High) and outside the airplane(low) is huge.
When the door opens at a higher altitude, air from the airplane will get sucked out(along with you) to maintain the pressure.

Yes you would. Just look at United flight 811.

Mid air, the Airplane door Mal-functioned and opened sucking several rows out the door and killing them, the plane landed and some did survive but still, one frekey experiance!!!

Yes if you aren't seatbelted in. The difference of pressure between the cabin and teh craft is different. My grandfather and dad went on a flight and the door came open but it was a small prop. Around 8 passenger. They landed, then ran through with a flashlight, checked to see if everyone was there and went to the terminal. LOL. that would be scary!

You would feel a lot of pain too in your ears. Like you are about to die. possibly will depending on the height. have fun!

Not if you were still on the ground... otherwise, I'm not sure it would matter- the plane would rip apart and you would die...
