The best time is end of January. There is indirim now, but not a kind of end of season. You can find good pieces in the end of January with a very good indirim. If you leave it to February, most of the things will be chosen. Good Luck and hope you enjoy it this time too.

Salam! :)
We celebrate the new year (Jan 1) here. There are always discounts before new year's day. Week before January would be an accurate time. It's called "yılbaşı indirimi" If I were you I would not miss it.

Also keep in mind, if you want to buy something, don't buy it from the first place you see, explore other shops, you can find cheaper prices this way.

Sana sa'eedah!

Ma’a salama

Edit: I nearly forgot, this new year is also Eid you know. That means double luck!

Nowadays there is ucuzluk :-) Because 1 week later I guess, it is Christmas and Kurban Bayramı (I think u know it) so the shops make indirim to sell lots of clothes for the bayram.
These times are the best ;-) But I'm not sure..Because I love being at home so I don't go shopping in my free times - and I'm in Istanbul, amazing - isn't it? :-)
