i can leave xmas eve, and have to be back for work 27th am for work, leaving from london in the uk

try stockholm, or maybe a ski resort in france/switzerland/austria. be expensive now though!

scotland if there is any snow there, if you want to sky in london there is becton ski slope just passed eastham by the a 13, and there is a slope out by the a40 at uxbridge they are artificial slopes hope that this is any use to you
