I was born in Stuttgart, Germany, on a US military base, when I was born I received dual citizenship, I am currently back in the states now and was wondering if I still had my German Citizenship... I haven't been there for roughly 15 years, but I am interested in moving there myself here soon...

I don't know if it would be a better idea to take out as much money as I think I'll need in Canadian dollars, and excehange them into CUC as I need them, or if there are any banks there that will accept my interac/eftpos card card as a way to take out funds. I'd rather not use credit card or keep huge amounts of foreign currency on me unless it's the easiest way. Will most banks accept a canadian debit card or will I have to use credit? I'm staying in a cuban home and not in a hotel, so I won't have a safe or anywhere to keep my money.

I am going on a brief cruise in 10 days and have lost my driver's licence. I will need an official photo ID (along with my birth certificate) to travel. I do not have a passport. Is there another legitimate photo ID I can replace it with while a new licecens is being applied for?
