Absolutely! We have been on 10 all inclusive trips - Mexico several times, Dom. Rep. and Bahamas. They are worth every penny, you get your room, non-motorized water sports, food, drinks and entertainment all included. Always something to do..It's the only way to go!

I did an all inclusive trip to Aculpoco two years ago. Essentialy you get what you pay for. If you go cheap the food will be mediocre and drink selection limited. I don't think all inclusive is a better deal, however, it is nice to not have to worry about paying for anything while you are there. The advantage of not going all inclusive is that you feel like you have more freedom. You will eat outside of the hotel more, with all inclusive you feel like you have to get your moneys worth and therefor eat all your meals at the hotel. I think it is really up your personal taste and what the purpose of the trip is. Mine was a grad trip so.. mostly partying. In that case all inclusive was great, just one less thing on my mind.
However the food was not great and there was not much variety throughout the week. By the end I was very sick of the hotel buffet.

definitley!... Look at it this way, if you just got hotel and airfare, not including meals and drinks it would cost you much more, as opposed to all-inclusive with meals, and drinks (i'm not sure what your all-inclusive contains, some also include drinks) I think it's well worth it and whenever ig o on vacation i always look for all-inclusive, it's the best way to save!...
The only downfall is that if the food stinks, your pretty much stuck because you spent all this money already, but honestly. 99,9% of the time the food always good.
when i went to the bahamas, i stayed one week, all-inclusive w/ drinks, and water-sports on the resort... paid $780 with airefare... I think I only spent about $500 cash on gifts, drinks at bars etc...
I would definitley recommend it, but befire you book it, look into what's included in your all-inclusive!... Have Fun!

My parents did one of those types of trips where everything is included and they had a blast. I guess it depends on what it includes. Sometimes it says that Everything is included, but usually one or two things aren't. Pay close attention to the fine print before signing your name.
