Friends bar is just off Piazza Trilussa, in Trastevere. If you're coming from Campo de' Fiori, cross Ponte Sisto (a pedestrian bridge over the Tiber (Tevere) ) and it's on the left-hand side of the square, on the corner, you can't really miss it.
Having said that, it's not a bar I would particularly recommend as there are other, less touristy places nearby like "Ma che siete venuti a fa' " for great beer and "Freni & Frizoni" for cocktails and aperativi.
But wherever you decide to go, you'll have fun!!!
