No you are not supposed to leave the state in which you are on probation let alone the country.

You're not even supposed to travel more than like 100 miles from where you live without permission. Let alone travel to another state. Although you might be able to gain permission if you ask the right person the right way. But out of the country...FORGET ABOUT IT! If you're in another country then they can't bring you back to the US if the courts ordered it, which means they loose total control. Not Gonna Happen!

You need to get permission first from your parole officer, and even then it may not be approved. Depends on the crime committed, and the sentencing though. Some variations by state. In fact, a person on probation is not supposed to leave their court's jurisdiction in most cases.

Actually, it depends on the terms of your probation. You might want to check with your P.O.

Some probation is supervised, some is unsupervised. Makes a big difference.

no,you shouldnt even be able to travel outside of the state you are in now, let alone out of the country.
