I need to get to Portalegre in portugal but ive been told the only airport i can fly into is Lisbon and then a 224km train journey to my destination, are there any nearer airports does anyone know ??

I have just asked the cost of a taxi, which was answered but a travel rep said it was dangerous to use the taxis! We could have paid the holiday co. for a pre booked taxi but it was £40 and its only about £5 - £7 any help?

I live in an apartment in the Galleria area and I was to take my step son trick or treating but they have nothing going on in the apartment. Other than the mall are there any suggestions on where we could take him. I was thinking a neigborhood nearby but wasnt sure if that was tacky or not.
