My girlfriend will be coming to the UK on Nov. 3rd and if she bought a pass from the britrail website it will not be sent to her on time before she leaves home (in BKK, Thailand). So I would like to know if it's possible for her to buy a Britrail pass while she's in the UK. Thanks!

No, the Britrail pass http://www.acprailnet.com/britrail is intended for non UK residents for purchase outside the UK.

no you need to get britrail before leaving and don't forget to carry passport as its only valid with it
