I am getting ready to travel again and I always bring just 1 small suitcase, usually I just put it on the van that takes you from the parking lot to the airport myself however sometimes they grab it before I get the chance to, would you tip and if so how much?

The anime Kareshi Kanojo no Jijo has an ending song "Yume no naka e" I love the way the song flows, and I was able to find a copy of the song and enjoy it greatly, however, I was watching a japanese karaoke show, and apparently the song was originally sung by another artist, does anyone know who the original artist was, and what album it appeared on? also any other artists who did versions of the same song would be great also.
