I wouldn't. There are a lot of beautiful European women who aren't prostitutes. I know I can find a good lady. I am not desperate enough to go to a prostitute.

I live in Amsterdam at the moment and work next to the Red Light or "Wallen" as the Dutch call it.
This is 5 mins walk from the central station. Prostitutes in the windows are generally 50 euros F#$k & S@#k. Though as I understand it you can pay for extras. NO PHOTOS!
Important!!! Blue lights are transvestites, red lights are women, or men who have had the full sex change. Though some look quite beautiful. A fair number of people I've met there have made a mistake,
Though there are measures to regulate these activities there are cracks. Some are illegal, some pressured/forced, certainly some addicts and some HIV. Its your risk/ moral dilemna.
Alternatively there are actual brothels and escort agencies.
There is more to Amsterdam though. Have fun what ever you're up to here.
Personally I prefer traditional methods of payment, time, effort, dinners, flowers, etc...

Why just Amsterdam? Loads of countries have legal prostitution, I personally feel it is safer and more controlled than over here it also gives the ones who opt for this life a bit more safety in their work.
Talk to the girls and see where they are from, if they are Dutch you have less chance of doing business with a forced sex slave ( a very real and horrible problem! )

what you think the ladies cant pay for some loving either? well anyway i know this question isnt relevant to me but when i went to Amsterdam me and my friends got some prostitutes and played Scrabble with them (1 male and 1 female). Why? Because we could and well, Scrabble is fun witout dieseases. ;)

Yes I have been there and no I have not nor will not pay for sex as I am a happily married man that gets all the sex I could ever want from my wife.

Been there several times, took as stroll through the red light district a few times but didn't do it. As pretty as many of them are I'd rather drop 50 Euros into going out.

Why pay for it when you can get it for free.didn't anyone tell you the best things in life are for free. do what most men do meet a lady act like your in love for the first time have wild sex with her and then be on your way (for free)

of course, but i wouldnt trek all the way to amsterdam for it.
Oh and i dont think its legal either - i think its ignored as long as confined to certain areas. Just like heroin.
