yes, I use Packet 8 its VoIP broadband and I love it...I got it in 10/05 check out the website..www.packet8,com U will also get a softfone which its free for U and all your Friends and family...with web cam...

Buy a Vosky Skype Call Center, and use to call home.
It's cheap, or free if the other person has broadband.
