Is it really true that...?

Italy is a great place to study abroad? I'm thinking about it and it seems like a good place to study and learn the language instead of stupid old books. I'm going to London and Paris next summer and I want to get a sneak peek of Italy before I come home. I have always wanted to go there and studying seems like the perfect opportunity. What are good cities to go to?

I am looking to send my mom and her boyfriend on a cruise as a Christmas gift this year but am pretty clueless as to which are better. Can anyone tell me about them, if they recommend them and which company is better? Or just any info would be great! thanks!!! Do any of you know how U.S. immigration staff are treating foreign tourists these days?

There have been articles in newspapers and such complaining about the rudeness of immigration officials in the USA upon arrival there. Please let me know if the situation has gotten better....or if it is still best to avoid the USA for a holiday we are planning this November for my wife and I. Thanks for your help.
