There are more than 5 Black people in Houston. Thats for one.
But I do understand living in a city that is not as diverse as you would like. My suggestion.........if it is that important to you, move somewhere else where diversity is not a problem.
Somewhere with military posts would give you that. Or a bigger city. Or a big college.
Hope you find somewhere you are comfortable. Thats very important.
