I used to live in in the centre of Chester and hated it - though only because it was close to Liverpool and Madchester, yet so boring. Cheshire has a bad rep for that on the whole.. Are there worse spots in the UK? I need to know what other places to avoid!

A year ago a hacker got in my pc and stole a cc number. I was able to track him down by the purchases he made. He had the goods delivered to his house and signed for them. If he ever comes to the USA, there is an FBI arrest warrant on him. Otherwise I have been unable to do anything in the way of prosecuting.

the extension on the residence permit is a stamp saying the permit is extended from so and so date.my visa was for one year, i had stayed for two as i extended my residence permit which is still valid for one or two months now
