I am going on vacation around lake Michigan, what are the things you cannot miss? Please don't give me any links/websites, your personal experience only! There is 2 adults and 1 child (7yrs). We are interested in anything, except rollercoaster rides, so if you have some good tips, here's your chance. Thanks

I want to know if there are any good places in Tokyo that play alternative/rock/80's, etc. music you can dance too. Like: David Bowie, The Killers, Franz Ferdinand, Blur, Kaiser Chiefs, Rolling Stones, Duran Duran, The Pixies, The Clash, etc.
Somewhere that isn't just R&B, House, Trance, or Hip Hop. thanks.

I am really interested to know if you take the courtesy items away, and if you use them at home. Would you donate them on to charity if you could?? I know it could be used on this side of the world...if you are willing to part with them!

I'm planning to study at the uni of melbourne next year and would like to know what it's like there. Also, as you can guess, money is an issue and i'd like to know more about the cost of living there and way of life in melbourne.

Also, what is it like in melbourne in general?
Weather-wise?
Is it easy to get a job as an undergrad?
What kind of jobs are usually available and what's the pay range?
What can one do for entertainment in melbourne and does it come cheap?
What do students usually do during the summer holidays or the mid-semsmtral breaks?
Anything in particular that any australians can recommend for an international student coming over to study?

thanks.
