Give it plenty of time.
ie Distances. Perth to Sydney = 5000 K's
Syd to Melb = 700 k's
If your young you might wanna check out the "Gold Coast" in Southern Queensland. Lots of dance clubs and beaches and lots of young people having a party. Especially around Oct - Nov (Schoolies week) Google

Sydney has it all.Melbourne is O.K. but the weather is unpredictable.Perth has good weather but is so far away from anywhere else it is like being on the moon.If you want to visit all three, bring lots of money and be prepared to spend a lot of time on the road, unless you are flying. Trains are slow and smoking is not allowed on trains, planes or whatever.Beer and petrol are vastly overpriced.

Yes, all of them. No bad experiences, just make sure you have plenty of time as there is so much to see and do.
When in Perth, try and get down to Margaret River. It is a beautiful area with many wineries.
