Between 18h 45 and 23h 20... and you must change two or three times of bus. You can take the train at Springfield, MA and change at Albany to arrive at Cleveland around 2:00 AM... but the trip takes around the half of the bus. There is a train from Burlington-Essex to Springfield that arrives there 12:45 PM, but I don´t know why the Amtrak website allows a change of trains there, perhaps because is less than two hours between trains in the event of a delay.
