In a suspended game, the lineup has to stay the same when the game is resumed, unless substitutions are made. What happens if, late in the game with many substitutions already made, a game is suspended. Before the game is resumed, trades effectively make it impossible to substitute players and one of the active players in the lineup has also been traded. What is the rule in this regard?

The baseball is most popular sport in America behind football. But if you are worry that baseball would become less popular sport in america because people starts to playing the lacrosse.

The lacrosse can be dangerous sport because of hitting a lot, many pently, and etc.

My opinion is;

the baseball leagues don't want to lose more players to playing lacrosse because the baseball is part of the America Culture.

What do you think about that?

Gives me more information.

My wife, still learning about baseball and how it all works, asked what I thought was a good question. Has there ever been a pitcher who was also an everyday player? Someone who pitched out of the bullpen or even as a starter, but also played a position on days he didn't pitch? Or, for that matter, a pitcher who was good enough with the bat that he batted as the DH on days he pitched? I am limiting the scope to the designated hitter era only... Thanks!

With the White Sox preparing to trade all of their players away it leaves 3 teams left in the running for the AL Central crown. The Indians have surprised some people this year. with good pitching and great hitting. The Tigers have been about what was expected besides the fact that the bullpen has struggled. The Twins are back a few games now but what happened in 06?Who will win it?And will one of them get the wild card?

I'm new to the baseball and I was just wondering.
I hear my brothers talk about it all the time.

Last year Jeter had over 100 more at bats than Joe Mauer did and lost the batting title by .3 of a point ( .344 / .347). That's a lot of at bats.

If Mauer bats 100 more times do you think he still wins the title?

Also should MLB narrow the gap of number of at bats a player can win the title by? Whats a good number?

You are limited to five words, or less, for each player. 10 points for the most original response and/or the one that puts the biggest smile on my face. If you use more than five words on any of the above you lose.
