Duh.
He is one of the 3 best catchers of ALL TIME. Of course he'll get into the HOF.
The only question is, "What uniform will he wear?"
This is one answer Georgie Porgie and I will have to argue about.

Is that a serious question? He will hands down get into the Hall of Fame. He is a career .300+ hitter, he has been to a bunch of All-Star games and won numerous gold gloves. He has one of the best if not the best percentage of throwing out baserunners trying to steal. In my opinion his is the best all around catcher in baseball history. The only other catcher that ever played that is as good as him is Johnny Bench.

It is certain!! 12 GOLD Gloves...13 (11 starting!) appearances in ALL STAR games (not counting this yrs)! Come on now...how could he not?
Lay off the steroid comments...Pudge is hands down the BEST CATCHER of ALL TIME!!

I wouldn't call him a lock yet but give him 1 more good year and he is. Underrated player since everyone goes by offensive stats nowadays. His defense is often overlooked. 1st or 2nd ballot HOF. But anything could be messed up with these voters today.

Sorry, but he definetely used steroids back in the 90's, when he was in Texas with Canseco, Palmeiro, and Juan Gonzalez(mentioned in the book Juiced). Look at how they treated McGwire!
