Frank Thomas is one homer shy of 500, and that got me wondering, is the 500 club so prestigious anymore? I mean, just look at all the players that should make it there soon: Manny Ramirez, Alex Rodriguez, Jim Thome, etc.

Im going into my senior year and i want to know what it takes to get scouts to notice you. What type of numbers do I have to put up. Im also playing legion ball and was wondering if the more leagues I play in and the more I contribute will I have a better chance. I put up decent numbers my junior year i batted .330. So my question is am I too late to get noticed or if I have a spectacular year next year will that be enough to get scouted

It's been a few months since this last debate... but it's obvious that there's an unbalance and perhaps it should be evened-out. Tell me what you think...

okay so im a fourteen year girl and i know you all will hate to hear this, but im a huge yankee fan. im going to the yankees/sox series in september at fenway. it will be my first time in boston and my first time at fenway. i want to wear my hat and jersey and go and support my team. im not obnoxious, i never boo the other team. i just want to go and see your park and support my team. if i go wearing yankee stuff and just sit there quietly, and occasionaly cheer on my team but never boo you guys, do you think i will have a problem with other poeple there. when i was yankee stadium in april to see the red sox there were alot of red sox fans and no one gave them a hard time. do you think its not a good idea to wear my yankee stuff and will people be really mean to me? thank you so much.

Lets say that I am trying out for the majors, would they want me to hit well since they do not do that as much as catching, or what would they want me to do?

My husband and I have two son's ages 12 and 10 who love to go Dodger stadium with us, but don't want to stay with us once they are there. Is it proper to just let them go where they want, with no supervision, in the ballpark or should they stay with us. They always bring their gloves and say they are trying to catch a foul ball. I say it is not good and my husband has no problem with it and we have a dinner bet on your answers. Who wins the bet?

I am proposing a scenario so that both the AL and the NL can have both 16 teams. Currently the AL has 14 and the NL has 16.

The NL has 1 more team in the west, and 1 more team in the Midwest. Lets see if my proposal would work:

Would putting an expansion team in Portland Oregon (AL WEST), and putting another expansion team in Memphis TN or Des Moines IA (AL CENTRAL) work?

Suggestions Please?

I know he is supposed to start for the Tigers tonite against the Rangers, and he is on my fantasy team. I can't decide if I should start him or not. I know he's been down for a couple of weeks now, and I heard a report that some think he may not be completely ready to dominate again. Does anyone have any insight into Robertson?

The NL Central has 6 teams, while the AL West has only 4. All the other divisions have 5 teams. What would be your ideal switch if you were the Commissioner?

Not strike outs or assists. Who has the most putouts. ex: covering first or catching a line drive back to the box...

I am a Brewer fan so help on this

The 'stros are not totally out of it in ther NL central, Biggio is sitting 2 of 3 (last night and Wednesday) against the Brewers, to enhance his chances at 3000 in Minute Maid park.

Do you agree with this, do you not need his bat as much as possible?

I hope he goes 4 for 4 tonight and they still lose!

Better starting pitching or better relief pitching? Is it the fact that the starting pitching (aside from Oswalt) is terrible that is making the overworked bullpen bad? Or does the bullpen just stink? They seem to be ok in the offense dept this year.

You are an MLB outfielder who is known for robbing Homers, and you have been blessed with incredible hops. Youre standing in center field, and Barry Bonds is at bat. Bonds hit his 755th Home Run 2 nights ago, and the world is watching to see if he hits #756 tonight, possibly right now. A fastball right down the middle, Bonds gets most of it, and its headed barely over your head. You look back, the outfield wall is only about 6 feet tall and the ball is barely going to make it. You could snatch this Home Run away from Bonds and keep Hammerin' Hank's record alive for a day longer. If youre going to rob the home run, you need to jump, now.

What do you do? Do you rob Barry Bonds of his record breaking Homer, or do you let him have his possibly tainted record?
