So old Humpy wants to see Dale Jr. winning races? Who wants to bet he wins a few here in the next couple of weeks. And NASCAR isn't rigged.....riiiiiight.

I'm going to do it next month, I'm only doing to do the ride-along for starters and then maybe the driving later. Just curious if anyone has done it at Atlanta. Is so, how fast did you go? I am really stoked about it! I'll also be driving my mom down there, its for Mother's Day, we will both be doing the ride-alongs. Thanks everyone!

I'm not a big DEI fan, but in my opinion DEI is nothing without Jr. Dale Earnhardt fans I think will follow Jr. and not the scrooge stepmother. I truly believe Dale built the team to pass down to his kids. Then again why wasn't that in his Will? If you had to choose who would you follow a DEI team or Earnhardt Jr. Team?

Is there any skill involved, or is it just the car you drive. Have you ever actually watched a whole race.

Formula 1 is more of a sport then NASCAR, and there is a bit of skill in the turns and stuff, but they are still both just based on the car you drive.

I'm sure they will be but will it be 3 teams or will he lose 1 or maybe even 2 teams. I bet MW losing his sponsor and I"m sure Burger king and Demions ant happy as well as UPS. I say MW racing will be around in 08 but maybe not in 09 what do you all think???

He has won here before and I expect him to at least qualify for the race this week. If he doesn't do you think that at the very least they should consider trying to get Bill Elliot, or someone else that can get the 55 car into the show, to drive it for awhile?

I say that the #4 team will have a different driver by 2008 along with the #84 team. I also think Jermery Mayfield will be out of the #36 car before the end of the year. other teams that might have new drivers for the 2008 season or by years end i say are #10 scott Riggs is have a really bad season and Everhamn needs to make big changes with all of his teams. I"m a big kasey Kahne fan and really hoped he would be a top 5 driver this year. I also dont think Ryan Newman will be in that #12 car much longer maybe the rest of this season and maybe next season but thats it inless him and that team get it together. Also i dont think Rudd will lost long in that #88 car which sucks i had thought he would be doing better then 30th in points. Also i belive Kyle Pretty will either retire after this season or next season. Sterling Marlin and Joe Nemechek contracts are up after this season i wouldnt be surpised if Marlin isnt back in the #14 car. I also wouldn tbe surpised if MW lose sponsorshi soon

People are saying I am not a true Nascar fan, because I only want to see the "hot drivers." I am a true nascar fan, I have a few Nascar groups and I keep getting questions from fans wondering about the love life of their fave drivers. I try to get answers to each of my members, and why does it matter if I ask if Kasey Kahne has a gf? Don't answer if you are gunna be rude to me. I am just trying to get information for my group members.

I went to my first NASCAR race this Saturday at Phoenix. It was pretty interesting and I look forward to going again. However, as a new fan, I couldn't get myself to stay interested for the entire 3 hours. As an experienced fan, what do you look for? What do you keep watching the whole time? I have seen a race in which the leader actually had all the other cars 2 or more laps down due to untimly pit stops and cautions. What would have happened if he had then wrecked causing black flag conditions, when the race resumed after clearing the track,would the rest of the field have had to "make up" the laps they were down or would the race continue from the first car in line (ie: resume at the lap number of the next lead car)
