I know a fair amount about cars, and about racing (both as a fan and a driver), and the first thing that stands out is: Draft racing?

Drafting is using the a group of vehicles to form one large aerodynamic body, making it easier for the group (though moreso the vehicles behind the lead one) to move through the air. This is an aspect of racing, not a race unto itself. In this case, the car that is behind will most likely "win."

Unless you are referring instead to a race to draw blueprints or to bring civilians into the armed forced? I don't think the Lamborghini or the Evo are well suited for this... so I will guess the other possible meaning would be drifting? Thouogh this may be a stretch since drifting is not racing. It's about style over speed. Either car could win depending on driver and setup since speed would not really enter into the equation (drifting is to racing what ice dancing is to speed skating - different criteria).

But if you just want to compare a Lamborghini to an Evo, you will need to first decide which Lamborghini and which Evo. The Evo offers alot of performance for the money. It's a great overall package, but it does have it's flaws (aside from that Mitshubishi reliability, it's real problem is inadequate brakes).

Lamborhini's traditional achillies heel is it's chasis. However the current models do have much improvements in this area even if they still fall short of the gold standards in this area. But given a flawed $100k+ car against a nicely priced $30k car, you are still dealing with a vast difference. The Lamborghini has much higher limits than the Evo (at least if you are comparing with equal drivers). Unless you are planning to compare a current Evo against a 20 or 30 year old Lamborhini, you'll find the Italian car has a massive edge in power, overall grip, and braking.

As for an Evo and a Camaro? Again you must realize there are many different Evos and many different Camaros. Looking at the current Evo, it would match up very well against any stock Camaro and would enjoy an advantage in most types of races. Though the right Camaro could match up nicely in a rolling start drag race.
