I highly doubt that he has been the slowest all year.

They will be around next season. UPS is geriatric so they will stick will Dale. They have had plenty of opportunity to get a new driver, yet have stayed with Jarret. Heck the only reason those sponsors are getting talked about is because the are not making races. Think about it if they were racing they would be near last and you wouldn't even see them on TV. So the sponsor's are probably getting more exposure this way. Also no one really believed that Toyota would make an immediate impact in the Cup series. Some people probably expected it simply for the fact that they had a pretty good impact in the Truck Series. It will take some time, but the sponsor's aren't going anywhere

I'm not so sure about Demions, but Domino's will still be around next year. Mikey bit off more than he can chew and is struggling right now, not to mention he is making the news for actions off the track too. He really needs to focus on running his team and tab another driver for the #55 car. NAPA will never leave Mikey, he is a sponsors dream, I don't think any other driver can do commercials like him. As far as UPS goes, as long as DJ is racing, UPS will be backing him. The #00 car has been the best team all season for MWR, I think they will the first team to get a top 10.

I think MW racing will be around for at least one more year. Toyota and the sponsors will give Mikey another year to start to see improvements.
Dale Jarret is getting out after next year, so if MW racing has not improved, I think UPS will go elsewhere to sponsor another driver and that may drop out a car from the team. I think Mikey needs to also think about getting out of his car and find a replacement driver so he can concentrate on running the team.

look for a scaled down version of M W Racing.
The heart was there but starting a new team with 3 cars is biting off a little too much.
I could see 2 full time teams and maybe a part time team.
But they(MW Racing) will still be there.

Michael has struggled immensely this season. But I have no doubt about his driving skills. He will be around next year + and will have a better team from the trial and errors of this year. Of course the sponsors aren't happy but they knew he was starting a new team with the Toyota and might possibly struggle, and they have more that anticipated, but I believe the sponsors will tough it out because they believe in him. SO DO I.

The team is stuggling more than anyone anticipated. I have always doubted his talent, and even I was surprised at how much his whole team has struggled. I think he will still have 3 teams but that he will struggle to cover sponsorship across all 3 and by the end of next season will be running 2 cars.

I would bet that he will be around, mostly as an owner and not a driver though,,, Mike has two good drivers in his pin that nobody has payed any attention to yet because they are running the hooters and remax series.
As for sponsors, I believe he will loose NAPA. NAPA will more than likely take their sponsorship back to the track and races instead of a driver.

i think theyll get better but waltrip has to find a new driver to drive the 55.....hes too busy otherwise.....its not like the good old days anymore.... you cant be an owner/driver and to top that be a tv personality....
and by the way the sponsors are still getting talked about arent they......would we be talking bout them if they were finishing in the 20s and 30s every week....

I think the real question is whether or not Michael Waltrip will be around next season. I think Itd be hard for him to get into a multi-car owned team.

negative, he's only raced one race (qualified 15th and finished 30th at daytona). the only one making it into the races is dale jarrett. but thats because he has the champions provisional. toyota is definately sucking this year. it just goes to prove that dei used to make the worst drivers into victory lane regulars
