hey, in about 3 months i have state trials i got invited to go i need to train LOTS.. the main things i need to improve is speed over like 15-20meters and my right foot (im left footed) i have a bit of time as school holidays are nearly here for me. i would like to train about 4 or 5 times a week. any ideas? thanks heaps.

just as the cars are coming down pit road I have heard them decide to change the pressure. How do they get them changed so fast while not holding up the stop? It seems like they decide and get it done within seconds

Hi guys i am currently training for a 1/2 marathon in March and i am training about 4-5 times a week and all of a sudden my right knee is giving me pain. It does not hurt when i run but afterwards it aches like mad and has started to wake me up in the night. I am taking brufen which does help to a point do you think i need to see the doc/physio or try wearing a support? cant stop training now as i am running in memory of my grandad who passed away recently and this is so important to me. Thanks in adavnce for your advice.

A victory by my boys in San Diego couple with a Titans' victory will put the Titans' destiny in their own hands and then ending up the season with a win at weak Cheatin' Indy will force the Cheatin' Colts to become a wild card and go one the road (most likely Tennessee) and not be able to use their fake crowd noise and heat controls. What a great day it will be to see the final Peyton Meltdown, like the Wicked Witch of the Midwest!!! "I'm Freezing...... I'm freezing". Poor Baby!!!

I dont understand this game you call football. Here in australia we play aussie rules. No padding on our men. We don't have wardrobe malfunctions either but we do have the odd streaker.

My guess is that this e-mail will never be read, it will simply be ignored with the thousands of other e-mails that you received regarding Troy, but I am so upset by this I could no longer sit here without voicing my opinion.

I am forever amazed with the going ons in this world. With war, crime out of control, the economy in horrible shape, and gasoline heading towards $4 a gallon, it takes a lot to shock me. But yesterday morning you succeeded. 1st let me say my fiancee and I were huge fans until 24 hours ago. While getting ready for work and listening to the morning news, I listened in shock as the sports reporter went on to say how the Vikings fined Troy Williamson because he missed a game to attend his grandmothers funeral.

So, the umpires are blowing the whistle a but more often, and some people are saying our games like netball now. I say its still one hell of a tough sport, and if you`re not hard, the likes of Archer & the Roo (retired, I know) will knock ya block off. What do you guys think?

I live in Wisconsin, and every time Brett Farve throws an interception hundreds of thousands of wives get slapped around and have full cans of beer thrown at them. Is this unique to wisconson? Or is this accecpted nationwide?
