What will it take for college football to get their heads where they need to be; or will they need to get a glass stomach first. Sure, right now every week counts but for who...the tv ratings?! A true playoff system would make it survival of the fittest as opposed to survival of the luckiest and weakest schedule so as to get as many wins as possible as it is right now. If college football (most certainly not the players) wants to keep worrying about bowl payoffs and tv ratings they are missing out on the EXTRAORDINARY ratings that would be, should there be a playoff as highly touted teams would be playing week after week come December. Also, a true, legit playoff system would eliminate so-called "tough" or "weak" conferences. What are your thoughts?
