Since the 2006 season, the Cubs have instituted a rotation of songs, going with "Clocks" by Coldplay, "Have a Nice Day" by Bon Jovi, "Jump" by Van Halen, "Bad Day" by Daniel Powter, "Get Down Tonight" by KC and the Sunshine Band, "Beautiful Day" and "Elevation" by U2, and when they win they continue to play "Go Cubs Go" by Steve Goodman. The organist plays "Keep It Coming Love" when a player gets a hit. They also have several songs below about them.
"The Cubs Song (Hey Hey, Holy Mackerel)" - Len Dresslar Singers
"Here's to You, Men in Blue" - Various 1984 Team Members
"The Land of Wrigley" - Stormy Weather
"Cubs, Cubs, Cubs" - Beach Boys
"Here Come the Cubs" - Beach Boys
"When the Cubs Win the World Series" - The Cleaning Ladys
"Cubs in Five" - Mountain Goats
"Keeping the Dream Alive" - Münchener Freiheit
In addition to "Go Cubs Go", Steve Goodman also has "A Dying Cub Fan's Last Request".

The SF Giants had "Bye Bye Baby" a long time ago.
Somebody did a song about Mickey Mantle, Willie Mays and Duke Snider back in the day of the NY Giants and the Brooklyn Dodgers when NYC had the best center fielders in the game... at that time anyway.
There's a song from the Broadway musical Cabaret that always makes me think of the Yankees, "Money Makes the World Go Around."

The Yankees play Sinatra's "Noo Yawk, Noo Yawk" after a home victory.
The Rangers add "Cotton Eyed Joe" after TMOttBG during the 7IS.
The Blue Jays used to have a non-traditional song during the 7IS -- I think it was "Let's Go Jays!" or something like that, with a horde of healthy, young ushers doing some silly prance along the foul lines -- no idea if they still do this. The one time I saw a game in Toronto I thought it was just weird.

The White Sox for years have played "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Them Goodbye" when the visiting team pitcher is pulled. They also play "Go Go White Sox" from Capitan Stubby and the Bucaneers and Sweet Home Chicago.

"Lonesome Loser" by The Little River Band
"Loser" by Beck
These two songs are very closely linked to the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Actually going back to the 70's the Pirates have been using "We Are Family" by Sister Sledge

Do they still play the blues in Chicago
When baseball season rolls aro-o-o-und
When the snow melts away...do the Cubbies still play
In their ivy-covered burial gr-o-o-und
When I was a boy...they were my pride and joy
But now they only bring fatigue
To the home of the brave...the land of the free
And the doormat...of the National Le-e-e-ague
What a great baseball song. :)
