QB rating's dont mean nothing more than--You dont take chances--You could have thrown for half the yards Brady has and end up with a higher rating and be 2-5

I've been a Green Bay fan since I started watching football and nothing used to bother me more than when people said Favre is old and had lost a step the last few years. I never understood how they didn't realize Favre still had it, he just didn't have any help. The same with Randy Moss in Oakland.

It all starts with defense. Now that Green Bay isn't constantly trailing by 21, Favre doesn't have to throw up desperation passes that lead to interceptions. You can put ANY QB in a bad situation and their stats will reflect that.

And now I wonder, where are all of those people who said Brett Favre and Randy Moss "lost a step?"

You had to "cherry pick" that stat. In QB rating Favre is 8th. Brady is head and shoulders above everyone else in every qb stat. Ben Rothleisburger is second in QB rating and touchdown passes. Manning and Romo are both close together for third. Favre is back with Kitna, Garcia, Derek Anderson, and Carson Palmer. He's having a pretty good year, but he's no where near the elite of the NFL. Will he last the whole season? Remains to be seen.

Favre is having a great season with the Packers. Probably an MVP is not for Brady. You can use yards and stats alone to decide MVP. I would hate to vote between one or the other but its obvious to me that Favre is far more valuable to the Packers than Brady is to the Patriots.. but neither team goes far without either player.

They need to be able to run the ball better to have any chance at a Super Bowl appearance, not to mention a win.

Favre is having a good year, as much as a bad one. He did look unstable in the first half of the Kansas City game. They need to put more emphasis in there running game, and get some 100+ yard rushers. They have the team that can go all the way, but they lack running.

I am a Pat's fan, but I love Favre. He is so fun to watch. He never blames anyone but himself if he does something wrong, unlike Manning who blames his whole team. I felt so bad last year for Favre when he was doing poorly, it was like watching a throughbred horse limping on the track. But he has come back with a vengence, and he looks awsome. Congratulations Green Bay!

Bretty Favre is the man in my book.

I am a Browns fan and don't think too highly of other people's teams and who is on them, but Favre is one hell of a human being.

He'd make a sweet father.

I'm not a Packers fan by any means but I can't help but like Brett Farve. He's a good football player, and a genuinely good guy in general. Even though I wanted them to lose on Sunday so their record would be tied with my Lions, I was happy that Farve finally beat KC so he can add that to his record.

Favre continues to show why he is the best ever! He is still making plays that only he can make. Did you see that perfect game winning bomb off his back foot? Show me film of any other QB ever that could make that throw. You can't!!!!
