Brady has seven games to toss 16 or more to bring him abreast or past Manning.
He and the Patriots are going for their fourth Super Bowl Title. Manning has one (last season).

Manning has proven to be most elusive. One day I shall crush him once and for all.

You can't use TD passes in a season to elevate QB over the other. Same thing with Super Bowl titles. I think the difference between Manning and Brady is so minute that there is no way of knowing for sure.

Consider what the effect would be if Brady were put on this Colts team and Manning were put on this Pats team. What effect would that have on those teams? Would Brady have 3 Super Bowls with this Colts team? Would Manning still have only 1? I think Manning and Brady are even keel. Brady has more Super BOwls simply because he has been on the better team, period.

As a serious PATS fan, you still have to give Manning his due. He is by any standard a great quarterback. I would have to give my vote to Brady-Just beacuse with the exception of this year, he never had the weapons Manning has had, and he does have the three rings. Though I believe if Manning was on the Pats he would have 3 and Brady on the colts might have 1-------Please you cannot put Favre in the same sentence as Manning and Brady the last couple of years.

Tom Brady has 3 Super Bowl appearances, and he was MVP 2 times. Payton Manning has been to the Super Bowl once, and was named MVP once (which I think it was B.S. because he didn't really do much in the Super Bowl, the Colts' defense is the reason they won) So when you do the math, the better player comes down to Tom Brady.

I think they are both amazing QB's! It's unfortunate that people think Brady is the best because they beat the Colts on Sunday, did you read that??? THEY beat the Colts, they being the entire Patriots team. Football is a team sport, you can have the best QB coming out of college in a really bad team and the QB looks bad!

Since I am a Colts fan, of course I think Manning is great, he's done a lot for the team. However so have Harrison, Wayne, and Clark! And of course as a Colts fan...we can't like the Pats! We can respect what they do, but we can't like them!

Brady...3 Super Bowls before this season, and now superior stats to Manning...and Brady won the latest head to head battle...and leads the head to head overall with Manning (7-3, Brady)...

And obviously, Brady will break Peyton's season TD record of 49...I think Brady will finish in the neighborhood of 58 TDs...

Just the fact that Brady has already won 3 Super Bowls with below average receivers should end the discussion in favor of Brady. If you need even more proof, now that Brady has receivers on par with Manning's, he is on the verge of breaking every QB record imaginable which should completely seal it.

bowl rings measure padded stats, but the ability of playing is far in mannings favor, everyone always says the qb is better cause he has more rings, this doesnt make a indiv player better, its the whole team concept, and manning has proven to be a winner with nothing where brady has had it handed to him, now not saying brady is bad but i would take manning over brady every day, and im not a fan of either team

Right now Tom Brady with 2686 passing yards on the year.
2. Brett Favre with 2406
3.Tony Romo with 2308
4.Carson Palmer with 2193
5.Drew Brees with 2175
6.Derek Anderson with 2108
7.Peyton Manning with 2058
