Who was the last player to play for both teams that went to the World Series in that same year?

For example, if a guy played for the Rockies and Red Sox this year, he'd be the answer. But it didn't happen in 2007.

ok So a group of guys i know from playing hockey are starting up a team ( along with my formal coach) it is an adult C team. mean while i am on an adult D team. ( i can easily play C) but the thing is my d team can only have 2 c league players who we already have. but the C team needs more since there are not to many. C may also be cheaper since the captain get get sponserships. But i would feel really bad about leaving my D League team if i decide to go to C. so i need some advice what should i do?

I've never understood this.

The players have a skill that not many people posses, and it is in great demand.

I could understand if they were paid using tax money, or it somehow directly affected your life.

Does A-Rod asking for 30 million affect your day-to-day life? It makes absolutely no difference in my life.

If you were playing, and someone offered you 10 million, would you tell them, "No thanks, I love playing, I'll sign for 50,000."?

Place blame where it belongs - owners paying the salaries, and fans buying tickets/merchandise.

How much do movie and rock stars make per year? Do you get upset that Tom Cruise or Tom Hanks or Julia Roberts make over 20 million for ONE MOVIE?

In his rookie season, Romanowski made a big impact for the 49ers in Super Bowl XXIII, recording a third quarter interception that set up a San Francisco field goal. He is one of only three players in NFL history to win back to back Super Bowls with two different organizations (San Francisco 49ers, Denver Broncos). During his 16 year career, Romanowski compiled 1,105 tackles, 40 sacks, 18 forced fumbles, and 18 interceptions, which he returned for a net total of 98 yards and 1 career touchdown. Romanowski was a Pro Bowl selection twice, in 1996 and 1998, both during his tenure with the Denver Broncos.

I feel that the the baseball players today are ruining baseball as America's Pastime. They go on strike and refuse contracts to get more money, in the millions. But they're getting paid to play baseball, isn't that most people's dreams when they were younger? I would play baseball if I got paid 30,000 a year because I could live off of it, so why do the players today need millions? And the only reason players are becoming better is most likely because of steroid use! Is anyone else sick of this? I think teams should just stop dealing with these people and find new players who are greatful for doing what they love.

People are attacking Brady and the Patriots for running up the score, and saying Brady and the Patriots are classless. If you were a player and the coach sent you in what would you do? I always gave it 100% every down. Their not the one calling the plays so if you feel the need to blame anyone blame the coaching staff but give it a rest with calling the team classless.
